Hillside Care Centre has been reopened by Herefordshire Council and we are looking for a Shift Leaders to lead the team. We are seeking someone who is empathetic, innovative and resilient, with staff management experience. Do you have a flexible approach and a clear ability to make a difference to our care team at Hillside? If yes, this role may suit you: As Shift Leader you will be responsible for a team of support workers, you will be responsible for ensuring the service is managed in line with legislative guidance on a day to day basis. You will be a strong leader and be able to inspire a team to ensure the delivery of high standards of care and support to clients who use the service and manage a staff rota. We are looking for a team player who can work alongside both health and social care colleagues within the varied service all with one aim which is to meet client goals and individual outcomes for the people we support. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a care environment and an understanding of relevant social care legislation, guidance and practice. You will also hold NVQ 3 qualification or be working toward this qualification.
