£1,200 per employee funding for Adult Social Care Training!
If you’re an adult social care employer in England, you can claim towards the costs of your employees completing adult social care qualifications and learning programmes through The Department of Health and Social Care's Workforce Development Fund. You can recieve contributions towards:
- Costs of course fees
- Employee’ salaries whilst undertaking training, coaching or mentoring courses
- Venue costs
- Wage replacement costs This can also include costs associated with apprenticeships!
You can claim up to £1,200 per an employee in each funding year – don’t miss out, you have until the 31st May 2019 to claim for costs in 2018/19. For more information, visit Skills for Care's page on the Workforce Development Fund.
